Sean “Diddy” Combs, once a titan of the music industry, is now at the center of a federal trial that could redefine his legacy. If convicted, Combs could face life imprisonment.

• “Freak Offs”: Prosecutors allege Combs hosted drug-fueled sex parties, coercing participants and recording the events. 

• Cassie Ventura’s Testimony: The singer and former partner claims years of abuse, with a 2016 video showing Combs assaulting her admitted as evidence. 

• Additional Witnesses: At least two more victims are expected to testify anonymously. 

Defense Strategy

Combs denies all allegations, asserting that any sexual activity was consensual. His legal team, led by Brian Steel, argues that the “swinger” lifestyle portrayed was mischaracterized and that some evidence may be doctored.
